At Vic Caters, we offer 4 Packages for wedding services. Our focus is your happiness. Please consider us for your upcoming wedding. 

Package 1 - $32PP

This is the Delivery only Package. 

Food is delivered hot and ready to be served to your guests. Staff will help to Place foods at your designated food stations and then exit. 

Appetizer: Cassava frites (aka Yucca) served with spicy ketchup & Crisp romaine and goat cheese salad with light  balsamic vinaigrette

Grilled (lemon butter) salmon, Jerk chicken (white meat), Yellow rice, and Grilled Veggies

Dessert: Assortment of sweets (cakes, tarts)

Beverage service included (an assortment of juices and water)

This is our suggested menu, we work with all our clients to prepare a menu at your pleasure

Package 2 - $48PP

This is the Full Buffet Service Package. 

Staff is here to service your buffet line. 

 Appetizer: Caprese skewers with balsamic reduction, & Roasted fig wrapped in bacon

Roast beef, Baked Tilapia fish, mild Jerk Chicken (white meat) 

 Rice dish, Creamy Mashed potato, Grilled veggies.

Dessert: Assortment of sweets (cakes, tarts) 

Beverage service included (an assortment of juices and water)

Bar service is extra (discuss with event coordinator)

Grazing Table Package - $46/PP

For weddings we take grazing tables to the extreme. Not only are the tables elaborate and pretty, they are loaded! Everyone is covered and we are able to incorporate some nicely done hot servings so no guests will go hungry. Are you wanting to offer something a lot different at your wedding? These tables will cover every single element including beverages & desserts. (no alcohol) 

Package 4 -$70/PP

Waitered Service

1st Course - Grilled Mushrooms in balsamic glaze served over creamy polenta 

2nd Course - Caribbean Mango Salad (fresh and delicious)

3rd Course - Roast Beef, fancy carrots, Roasted Baby Potato 

4th Course - Grilled Boneless Tilapia, Steamed Broccoli florets, Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Final Course - Fresh in season fruit served with creme fresh.

This package also comes with bottled water, and healthy juices.

Bar Service is extra.
